Announcing The 2022 Gannett Foundation/Madelyn P. Jennings Scholarship Program
For high school juniors who will be completing or leaving high school and entering college in the fall of 2022.
This scholarship program was established by Gannett Foundation, Inc. for the children of full-time employees of Gannett Co. Inc. and its subsidiaries. The program is administered by the National Merit Scholarship Corporation www.NMSC.org, an independent 501c3 organization.
To participate in the program, students must take the qualifying test, the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT), in the specified year of their high school program. Students who plan to spend the usual four years in high school (grades 9 through 12) before entering college full time must take the PSAT/NMSQT in the third year (grade 11/junior year).
To enter your child into the 2022 Gannett Foundation/Madelyn P. Jennings Scholarship Program (for students who will complete high school and enter college in 2022), use the link below and complete the following steps in the Entry Form process:

Step One: |
Read the scholarship program brochure in its entirety (confirm that you have read and understand the program procedures by marking the check box at the bottom of the page). |

Step Two: |
Confirm that your child meets all participation requirements for the 2022 competition by marking the appropriate check boxes. |

Step Three: |
Complete the online 2022 Gannett Foundation/Madelyn P. Jennings Scholarship Program Entry Form. |

Step Four: |
Review the Entry Form for completeness and accuracy, read the Submission Agreement, and submit your child’s Entry Form for the 2022 competition. |

Step Five: |
Print and retain a copy of the “Submission Confirmation” for your records. |
